Cooper Park is an 8.4 acre park on Milwaukee’s near northwest side. It is home to a playground, picnic area, wading pool, pavilion, and two baseball fields. The Friends of Cooper Park is a group of active and engaged neighbors dedicated to gathering the neighborhood to enhance and enjoy the park.

Pavilion

A classic park pavilion—home to a 35'x32' rentable space with a southern exposure overlooking a large, grassy field. The pavilion has public access restrooms, a kitchen space, and a gathering room in the lower level.

Playground and Splash Pad

Constructed in 2023, the play space includes slides, swings, and rope climbing equipment best geared toward children five and older.

The splash pad typically opens during the warmer months to provide fun for our younger park-goers!

Ball Fields

The park has two softball diamonds that underwent complete rehabilitation and laser-leveling in the summer of 2018. They are home to Tosa FastPitch softball and Tosa Baseball League.
